The summer courses are open for degree students from universities of Jyväskylä, Tampere and Turku, which are member universities of the Finnish University Network for Asian Studies.

I. Asianet introductory courses: In our introductory courses you gain key knowledge of Asian history and contemporary societies as well as business environments.
- Introduction to Business in Asia (3 cr)
- Johdatus Etelä-Aasiaan (3 op)
- Johdatus Itä-Aasiaan (3 op)
- Johdatus Kaakkois-Aasiaan (3 op)
- Introduction to Chinese History (5 cr)
II. ReConnect China MOOC Courses: These four courses introduce you to contemporary China from different angles.
- Introduction to Chinese Politics and Society (3 ECTS)
- Introduction to EU-China Relations (3 ECTS)
- Introduction to Chinese Economy (3 ECTS)
- Introduction to Chinese Popular Culture (3 ECTS)
III. Advanced courses : In the advanced courses you can deepen your knowledge in a more focused area or topic.
- Urban East Asia (3 cr)
- Introduction to Chinese Contemporary History (5 cr)
- Introduction Mongolian Politics and Society (2 cr)
Minor Programmes: By combining Introductory level and Advanced level courses, you can compile a minor in two different ways: Mini Minor (10 cr) or Asian Programme 25 (cr). Read more about the minor programmes!
